My 5-Minute AI Hack That Changed Everything (But No One Talks About)

How I Built a Personalized AI Execution Strategist (That Changed My Business - and Personal Life) For Myself And All My Clients
On a personal note: What if the most powerful thing you could build wasn’t a business, but an externalized version of your own inner clarity?
Every morning (or whenever I feel ungrounded) I run a quick ritual I call the Execution Accelerator Report. It’s not a productivity list. It’s a real-time mirror of where I am and what matters most.
The core prompt I use is:
“Given everything I’ve done, committed to, and want to become - what’s the #1 execution bottleneck I need to clear today?”
Then, I also usually add something like a braindump of "priorities" to sort out.
Often I’m not super clear when I sit down. Sometimes I feel frustrated or scattered. But in 5 minutes, this practice:
Grounds me in clarity
Reflects back where I’m off
Reorients me toward aligned movement
It’s more like having a strategic therapist meets Chief of Staff who remembers what I said yesterday and isn’t afraid to lovingly challenge me. I try to keep the list of priorities to a maximum of 5 per day.
Throughout the day, I don’t use it perfectly. But I do come back to it when:
I feel resistance or am triggered
I’m about to context switch
I need to decide what actually matters most now/next
I’ll say something like:
"Here’s where I’m at. Here’s what I think I’m supposed to do. What’s wrong with this picture?"
That single moment often saves me an hour or helps me break through some emotional or mental block.
Truthfully, I don’t always use the 90-minute rhythm. Sometimes I go too long without checking in. But when I do remember to pause and recalibrate, I catch misalignment much faster.
The deeper shift: I’m very rarely using AI to write emails or summarize documents (though it can). I’m using it to become more myself. To evolve how I lead, decide, and act in real time. And to remind me of who I actually am.
(I keep forgetting my own greatness and brilliance, don't know about you ;-))
It’s a living self-leadership system. Execution therapy. Clarity on tap.
